01 / What are we talking about?

Cannabis is a plant. Cannabinoids are compounds found in it, including THC and CBD. THC can cause intoxication; CBD has different effects and is not risk-free. Research findings about one compound or preparation cannot automatically be applied to every cannabis product.

02 / What does the label actually say?

Treat a label as information to check, not a guarantee. When a laboratory report is available, compare its sample and batch identifiers with the label. Note the test date, laboratory, units, and which substances were tested. An absent result is not a zero.

Names, numbers, and missing information

A strain name is not a batch identifier. Keep recorded strain descriptions separate from measured laboratory results. This library currently has no batch reports attached to its records.

This guide cannot determine whether cannabis is appropriate for you. Discuss health questions and possible medication interactions with a qualified health professional.

03 / Where did the information come from?

The existing Cannascenti collection combines manually assembled records, data-import scripts, and AI-assisted expansion. The archive does not provide record-level source histories or laboratory reports. Every entry in the new reference library is therefore marked Sources pending review.

We show recorded names, aromas, terpenes, and available lineage notes with that limitation visible. We leave inherited potency ranges, ratings, and effect claims out of this new browsing experience.

Before a record can be called verified, it needs a traceable source, permission to use that source, a review date, and a clear distinction between reported information and batch measurements.
